The sec institute was founded back in mid 1983 by Andrew C. Saxlehner, CPA, the SEC Institute has been dedicated to one goal. Helping people and public companies in the United States and overseas do the best possible job of meeting the filing requirements of the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission of the USA. There organization conducts about 150 basic, intermediate and advanced workshops and conferences per year focusing on the SEC's rules, regulations and key developments in financial accounting.
